Alright, just an update, I have a neighbor around the corner that is a sand springs cop. He sees my dog and I out running periodically. I figured i'd ask him to take a look at the sitution... he followed me to my place and we went into the back yard, his reply "are u kidding me!!" followed by "besides not have grass the place looks more than ok to me". I laid zoyza sod last fall but it didnt take like it should. So my ahole neighbor hears us outside and decides she needs to be involved in this. Well she decides that the dog is fine and actually enjoys his company, but... my 6 ft fence does not meet HOA guidelines and needs to trimmed to 4 1/2 ft immediatly. Hmm, the HOA approved the fence last October. And the HOA president signed the contractors plans and boundries. She wants to take me to court over the fence now. geewiz!!! And in case your wondering what i did to piss this old lady off... Thursday night i parked my Truck and trailer in front of her condo because someone had parked in my spot. No i didnt take her spot, My trailer was blocking her veiw between the hrs of midnight and 5:45am. who woulda thought...

Well that is some what good news. Sounds like she is just trying to get under your skin. Also sounds like she doesn't have a leg to stand on. Especially if the contract on the HOA has been signed. Looks to me like you get to keep your dog and all is well. I think I would park that trailer in that spot for the next few weekends. Not much she can do about it if you are parked legally. Kind of sad that that is all some people have to look forward to when they wake up. Sounds like you have your hands full with this neighbor.

Rolling Eyes Okay, okay, here is how you handle this. Lock your neighbor and your dog in the trunk for four hours and then open it up and let your dog out. He'll love the heck out of you, then take the trunk and throw it in the river. Everyone else will love you for that. Very Happy

Do you have documentation on the fence? If not, get some some how, and then fight her in court. If you can't do that, see what has to be done to fix the fence and have a quad guys fence day. We'll come over and fix your fence, you supply the beer, chips, ribeyes, big screen tv, desert, place to crash after the beer is gone and then we'll help you put the old lady and your dog in the trunck for four hours. Surprised Sounds like a plan.... to bad I can't make it, sounds like a fun day... Cool

I'm glad you get to keep your pup. I guess some ppl are only happy when they are causing trouble. Hope things work out for you.

Maybe we need to have an OQCCS party at your place, we could make the head lines of the morning paper!!

I could bring my coon dog over for an evening, and a caged coon. That should make some noise Smile

Yea, I can't wait till I can move out of city limits. Just wait till I fire up the toys, just to see how pissed she can really get.
