Are they letting ATVs race again or MCs?

Wink I've been trying to get Mily talked into going down Saturday and making it a full weekend type trip. You know, go to the zoo, maybe take in Frontier City and then the races.... She was all for the zoo or Frontier City but not the racing thing... Geez the best part and she wants to forget it... Cool

Neutral Heck, I'd like to try it, the problem is, my body wouldn't like it. Back in the day, you know, back before most of you were born. We rode all kinds of events on one bike, because that is what we had, one bike. In any given year, we would compete in a hill climb and then race an MX and then a flat track and then a cross country and then do a trials event and do all of these on the same bike, mainly because specialty events and specialty bikes just weren't available. If you wanted to have some fun on your "somewhat" off road bike, you just rode in all the events you could. So, these enduro cross events are nothing but what we used to call trials events back in the day, and yes, I've ridden a dirt bike on everyone of those obsticles they have... The trick to go fast on that stuff is to go slow enough to not lose your balance, yet fast enough to clear the obsticle. A little advise passed down to me by a guy named Malcolm Smith or Jones or something like that, I don't remember exactly what his name was... but his friend he had with him looked familar, his name was Steve something, McGuire or something like that... A couple of goof ball Husky riders passing through riding around the country.... silent Shocked Cool
